- If the job is canceled, only half of the payment can be refunded
- Job updates will be given every 2 days
- Depending on the complexity of the drawing, it will take between 4 days to 3 weeks

-I don't send previews on weekends, (Friday to Sunday) if you want a draw on Thursday I'll give you the first preview in the night of Sunday or Monday
